I am having problems when attaching my digi camera. when i click on get
photos it says it is not connected and e: is inaccessible.

I have reinstalled camera but this still happens

Is the camera plugged in to an AC outlet or has batteries? Is it turned ON
to connect for downloading to the PC? Rightclick the MY Computer icon on
the Desktop and see if the "E" drive is listed. If not, the camera is not
turned
on or has not been plugged in to the USB port or has no power and/or
batteries.
Use the graphics app that came with the camera to download the photos to
your harddrive.
