Comparing two machines for changes

Hello,

Is there a way in XP or another 3rd party tool to compare two machines and
show what is different between the two? Our customer care group has a
couple of machines that have a problem with running one of their apps but
the majority seems to be working fine. Aside from re-imaging the machines
as this occurs is there a way to tell what is different from one working
machine to a non-working one?

Thanks,
Tim

Have a look at Winternals "Recovery Manager". We have been running it for a
month in evaluation and are getting ready to purchase it.
