I was going to buy a GeForce MX 440 which I has believe has TnL, but my friend told me it wouldn't fit into my motherboard, is that correct? Is there any graphics card with TnL and all the other things need to play World of Warcraft, that will fit into my old motherboard?

P.S. Also, if this helps, I went into the BIOS and it said it's AGP 4X

Really, really hard to answer that question without knowing anything about your old motherboard.

A model number would really help.

Sorry I'm noob, when it comes to hardware! How do I find the model number. My motherboard is really old, it's about 5 -7 years old! All I can see on it is, it's an ASUS and it's got CUV4X! Could you please direct me, to where I should look for the model number?

Your friend is STUPID, and your motherboard supports ALL AGP video cards.

Oh, and another reason your friend is stupid: The MX440 is based on the 5 year old GeForce2 GTS, which was THE card to go with your motherboard back then!

Very cheap?

Your best bet for cheapness is to buy a used Radeon 9500 PRO on ebay... they go for about $70 - $80 now, and they're as good as a Radeon 9600XT.

Even cheaper ($30-$40 range) but not nearly as good would be the Radeon 8500's or Geforce 3's.

If you need something new... hmmm, I dunno. Brand new Radeon 8500LE's are $45 or so

Will these cards work in my motherboard and will I be able to play World of Warcraft with them?

The Radeon 9550 may have a problem working on older motherboards.

The 9200SE will work, but it *really* sucks. A non-SE version will suit your needs I guess, but it's not the best pick.

Look for the cards recommended before.
