TECH: Multi-Pac corrupt graphics

I have a Multi-Pac v1.5 that I installed on my Ms. Pac-Man board quite
awhile ago. It's worked great up until a couple of weeks ago. The
game comes up but all the graphics are corrupt, even at the Multi-Pac
game select screen. You can play the games but the mazes are all
messed up. Here is a 34 second (2MB) video I took of the game:

I have cleaned/reseated all the socketed chips, replaced the Z80 and
checked the voltages. At this point I'm not sure if it's the
Multi-Pac kit or the Pac-Man board. I would try reinstalling my Ms.
Pac-Man chips and aux board but a bunch of the legs on the proms broke
when I removed them (they were rotted bad).

Anyone have ideas what might be going on? Does anybody have the 2 rom
files for the Multi-Pac v1.5 so that I can compare them against the
ones I dumped from the roms? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

That could be a lot of things but I dont think its the Multi-Pac kit. Even
though its been fine I'd still inspect the board for bent pins and shorted
traces on the backside. Also, the broken pins from the original ROMs may
have moved and are now shorting things out on the board.

It could also very well be component failure which means you would have to
send the board in to one of many qualified people or work on it yourself.

Could be the rom select lines are blown and it's picking the wrong
graphics romset... I've got a kit with that problem. (it doesn't change
colors either).

Looks like a bad 284 socket or pin to me.

I was able to fix the problem. It ended up being a bad 2114 RAM at 4N.
