Actually, The GT is capable of stock Ultra speeds anyways. I have a Gigabyte 6800GT with V-tuner 2 PLus utility for OCing. (Although I've heard that the nVidia OC utility works much better.) I have read a review that said they actually had the leadtek version stable @ 420mhz (stock cooling) and that is the stock speed of an Ultra.

The Gigabyte version has a piped double-sided HSF and cools much better than some models and I read somewhere (can't remember where now) that someone clocked one to 450mhz with stock cooling on the GB model. This article does have the Leadtek version clocked to 450mhz but with watercooling. This review goes on to show all the benchmarks done with various game platform as wel. very interesting information regarding this card.

With a little OC the GT can be as good if not better than the Ultra, for alot less do-re-me!
