Hi. I have a nice wells gardner monitor with no burn. The problem is
that it has a 1'' area on the top of the tube where the picture is
flickering/scrambled. I did a cap kit on this today, no improvements.
What adjustments can I do to solve this problem?
Thanks,
Steve

Try adjusting the 50-60 Hz pot shown here -
http://www.jstookey.com/arcade/WG_25k7191/WG_25k7191_pot_close_up.JPG , and
if that doesn't work, try increasing the vertical size to over compensate
the top of the picture.
