Every once in a while my computer will do something a little funny. It'll pick a particular character like "D" and it'll get dropped a halfway almosted everywhere it shows up. This includes text on websites, text in applications, text on Windows Contral Tabs, EVERYWHERE. And its often a different character.

Has anyone ever heard of this happening before? Could it be my card or XP?

I have a Sapphire Radeon 9800 Pro and I'm running Windowws.

Thanks in advance

This isn't a problem with XP because if it was it would occur for everyone who uses XP. It could be your video card or your monitor. It possibly could also be a virus. Some viruses just like to switch around or mess up certain characters.
