Every time I try to burn a cd by using either Microsoft Media Player or
Musicmatch Jukebox, I get a pop-up message that says "drive not found". New
to using computer so I assume this is a minor problem that can be fixed
easily (?). Any help on this subject would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Did you look in Device Manager to see if there was a problem with the
burner?
