Replacement Fan on Quadro2 Pro

I have a Dell Precision 340 with a Quadro2 Pro video card. For some time, the cooling fan on this card has been getting noisier and noiser and now is close to failure. While I wonder if I even need this fan as I don't do anything graphics-intensive, I would replace the fan unit if I could find one (aftermarket or OEM) that will actually fit. I've looked at some of the Zalmans but they are too huge and I don't feel like wiping out an entire adjacent slot for a big fan.
Suggestions?

If im correct in assuming thats based on the geforce 2 cards, I would just get some kind of passive heatsink because I doubt it outputs enough heat to really require a fan. Maybe look at some of the Zalman northbridge coolers.
