They sign exclusive 15 year deal with ESPN. Which means that Sega Sports Football went from ESPN NFL Football 2K6, to ESPN Football 2K6 and now is Football 2K6. I really don't know what Sega is gonna do now. I would really hate to see no Sega Sports Football next year.

On another side note (of this side note), With Microsoft selling the Links license to Take Two, I'm really afraid of what's gonna happen to it. IMO Links on both PC and XBox is better than TW hands down, but with no new games in sight, I might actually have to buy TW 2006, which I would hate to do.

But EA is really ruining some good games i just hope they dont do bf2 the same (from a proud bf2 beta tester). so far its looking real good but am sure EA will find a way to ruin it somehow!!!!

Not only do they ruin some of their games, but now they are ruining Sega Sports games. The thing that frightens me most is the lack of competition. Madden, MVP, NBA Live improved in the past few years because of competition from Sega. Really, we'd still be playing Triple Play baseball if it weren't for World Series (now ESPN) Baseball from Sega. How much did Tiger Woods, Nascar or Fifa improve with no competition. Tiger has been the same game since 2003, the 2005 version even had less courses than 2004. Oh yeah, they tried to improve NHL, but failed, but at least it was somewhat different from year to year.

There is no reason for EA to improve anything about their sports games now.

Anywhoo, sux they got this title 'title' exclusivity. Maybe Sega can get FoxSports, cause they're so powerful. :lol:

At least now with the ESPN franchise we can expect EA titles like, ESPN presents Richard Simmons' Cheerleading 2005 and ESPN AllStar Spelling Bee 2005!
