PCI Express, really better?

Hello,

I want to upgrade my Video Aray... I am currently on a
Pentium 3 2.8 Ghz on a ASUS P4P800 SE 800 FSB and 513 RAM and running a Radeom 7500 64 Mb AGP...

I was reading about the newer PCI EXPRESS video cards ,
Do you reccomend using them , are they really faster and better, Will i need to change my motherboard and Memory aswell? What are the advances of having PCI Express for a AGP port...
