Video card Asus or Msi

Depends on which ones.

Feature wise and overclockability, I'd personally give MSI the nod as numero uno.

EDIT: That is #1 of the ones you've listed.

Both made NV cards first and are now making ATI Cards. I have never used either for ATI, but both have been good for me fo NV cards. Both have often had huge bundles with their cards, such as MSI with their Championship Edition GF4Ti's (7 CD's with 3 full games included). Asus I have always had great respect for except recently hearing their warranty rplacement may be slipping some. But I am bias as my favorite GF4Ti was an Asus that OC'ed like a dream. Anyway, IMO, both are good card makers, yet I can't speak from expereince on the ATI parts.
