im trying to build a college laptop for school purposes and gaming. im not really familiar with computer/laptop parts. so i was wondering if anyone can give me some advice as to what parts i would need.
1. What is your budget?

2. What is the size of the notebook that you are considering?

3. What screen resolution do you want?
decent
4. Do you need a portable or desktop replacement laptop?
portable laptop
5. How much battery life do you need?
hopefully 5hrs?
6. Do you want to play games with your laptop? If so then please list the games that you want to with the settings that you want for these games. (Low,Medium or High)?
yes league of legend, guild wars 2, diablo 3 (high)
7. What other tasks do you want to do with your laptop? (Photo/Video editing, Etc.)

8. How much storage (Hard Drive capacity) do you need?
i think 500 is enough?

dvd rom dont really watch bluray

A stated in the other thread, you cannot build a laptop. You will need to look for a model that meets your requirements and budget.
