ATI vs Sapphire, any diference

Any peformance difference between the ATI X800 XT Platinum Edition and the Sapphire X800 XT Platnimum Edition?

If the specifications match they're probably the same thing. I'm fairly certain Saphire is the company that produces ATI's cards for them.

If priced similar I'd go with the BBA card with 3 year warranty. Sapphire is only 1 year.
