Funny thing happening with bell mobility and what they say on their website.

I have a cottage near the border with NY. On the bell website it says:

.. Accidental Roaming: Bell Mobility home rates also extend along upstate New
York and Michigan, for all Bell Mobility customers in the following areas:
i) Kingston to Cornwall, Ontario
ii) Niagara-on-the-Lake to Fort Erie, Ontario
iii) Amherstburg to Sarnia, Ontario
iv) Québec border south on Montreal/Plattsburg NY

About 8 years ago I used to live in Windsor, Ontario right on Riverside
Drive. I always had a U.S. tower signal from my house. I called every
month and had $20 worth of calls & LD removed from my bill. I found out it
was easier to get the name of one particular person and continue calling
them back. It's not my fault that the U.S. Towers are stronger than the
weak Canadian ones.

Good luck.
