ram speed???

I'd guess it's 2.2 ns RAM... rated to about 455 mhz.

Could be 2.8 ns or 3.2 ns though, from the number. What kind of videocard is it on?

That is what I thought but 415(830) is my max . can get 425(850) on very cold mornings.

I guess time to look for a volt mod for it.

Running for a couple hours of games my motherboard temp reaches32-33 degrees celsius. Processor reaches 50 celsius,and graphics card reaches70-75

The heatsink covers thy ram chips =, but they are almost 1/8"(inch) lower than the VPU. With thich thermal pads to make them touch the heatsink.

Was thinking about trying a thin copper sheet cut to cover all memory chips in one piece.Put this between the chip and pads with some compound.
