Have Win7 DVd but no DVD drive

I put my hard drive (SATA) with win7 installed to a new computer (intel atom d510).
This motherboard does not have IDE and I don't have SATA dvd rom.
Win7 cannot boot, how do I fix?

I bought SATA dvd burner from newegg but it'll take them days to get here.

I have a 4GB memory stick with usb memory reader.
I will try using nero to burn the dvd into iso and use windows 7 usb tool...
also trying with oscdimg...

Any help?
