Fired up on Nokia 3390, got the above message.
Does this mean the SIM is trashed?

Anything saving me from calling Fido would be appreciated.

That should have read: Fired up "old" 3390 just to see if the
batteries were chargeable.

The author regrets the omission...

i think it means that the SIM has a phone number / id number that has been
deleted from the network system.
