I have found and bought a mystery cab with a street smart boardset that was
painted Black. Under the paint is the fairly nice sideart from a dedicated
Major Havoc game from Atari. This cab I really have no use for as I know how
much a major havoc would cost for me to build. But also I can not stand to
see one of the 500 to 600 known ever dedicated cabs be a conversion. Please
someone that has a conversion havoc or the boards / parts for this game buy
it and restore it please. This cab is in decent shape and as far as I can
see has no water damage, but it does have many layers of gloss black paint
on it. I have striped some to see the side-art. (looks great for bieng
painted over)
Also I am thinking the original Power supply and a somewhat hacked wiring
harness is still there.

All of the needed parts to put it back to MH (minus the monitor, IIRC) sold
on Ebay 2 months or so ago for $750.

OH P.S. here is why I got excited by this.
Cabinet Information
This game was released as a dedicated machine and also as a conversion kit.
A photo of the dedicated machine appears at the top of the page. Later Atari
games like I, Robot, Return Of The Jedi and Firefox all borrowed from this
unique design. The dedicated control panel uses a left/right roller
(basically an X-axis-only trackball) for player movement.
the pic at the top is the cab I have.
