I have a Tatung CM20mkr monitor and all the monitor does is switch frequencies continually and flash a spot in the centre of the screen. This happens whether or not a cable is connected. The monitor worked fine until i flipped the sync on/off switch or the power saving on/off I'm not sure which maybe both. Does anyone know how to fix it?
