6600GT variants

I'm out looking for a new 6600GT AGP version.. and i came across two that i think were pretty good

Asus N6600GT/TD GeForce 6600GT

MSI NX6600GT-VTD128 GeForce 6600GT

Both seems very alike, but can you guys please tell me the difference, and i'm looking for the best video card for around $200-250, so if there's a better card, PLEASE let me know, THX! =D

I bought for my other pc the MSI one and the quality is excelent. The same for ASUS. I'd go for the one with the best bundle. And for that price I think 6600Gt is the best choice. At least for new ones.
