Forgotten Password

I have a computer that has only one administrator on it and they have
forgotten their password, is there anyway to get pass that point? The
password hint does not help either. What can be done to get onto this
computer?

If you can not get any of those options to work, take the computer to a
reputable shop and they should have you in quickly.

What is it that these utilities don't do that you want?
