Tech: No sound on food fight

Have a food fight PCB here with no sound. Game plays fine otherwise. I've
tested another good board in this cab and the sound is fine. Anyone know
where I can start on this, or does anyone repair FF boards?

I'd start with the LM324 at 11/12J.
