Chuk, looking at the manual it seems to be the same grommet as used in
the Battlezone controllers. Maybe one of those will work. Can anyone
confirm?

www.wizzesworkshop.com He has them repro'd... One word of advice on them
that I got from Stephen Beall... take a small drill bit and drill holes
around the inner part to loosen it up.. as they are they're just a tad too
tight..

Yes, it is th same and I think I have one or two NOS units left.
