I have a ASUS A7N8X Deluxe and just fried a ASUS 5700 256mb video card and was wondering if possible I could use a ATI card with a Nvidia chip on my motherboard? Would this cause conflicts or should I stay with Nvidia? Thanx!!

ATI cards work great on nVidia chipsets, but because you previously used an nVidia card you should get a program to clean out the drivers for that card and use it before installing the ATI video card drivers.

I have the same mobo and my 9700 PRO runs smooth as silk. No worries.
