dell and hyperthreading

If you bought a dell laptop thinking you had hyper-threading before apx 10-1-2003 it probabaly does not really have it. I just got 5150 inspiron with 3.06 mhz Intel but it can't be enabled. Dell showed this laptop with hyper-threading but it wasn't even available on 8/13/2003 according to dell care center. Also be advised they gave me option for $100 or reorder but at my expense. So i hope the dell laptop owners that think they have hyper-threading check to see if they do or not. They even changed their website from 30 days ago when hyper-threading was listed on most of thier laptops, it looks like a cover-up.
