Lenovo desktop, problems with boot up and one key recovery

i deleted a partition of my external hard drive last night, but when i turn my pc on this morning it says Reboot and select proper boot device or insert boot media and press any key, i have done this and it has taken me to lenovos onekey recovery system that says i dont have enough space to continue, i have linked a video to show the problem, any help is much appreciated
