NEED URGENT HELP!! DELETED MY USER FOLDER

GUYS!! YOU HAVE TO HELP ME!!! QUICK!!!

i accidentally deleted my user folder in C:\Users\(My account)

and now, i cant see y desktop background n i cant see the icons on my taskbar!!! wat shud i do????
NEED REALLY REALLY URGENT REPLY

have you checked the recylce bin?

i always shift delete............as that im prtty lazy to delete it again from recycle bin...heheh

HEY GUYS I SOVED IT!!!!!!!!!!! IT WAS BECAUSE I DELETED APPDATA!!!!!! LUCKILY I HAD A COPY OF THAT ;D YAY!!!!!!!!! HURRAY!!!!!!! THNX ANYWAYS GUYS
