VidCard Mem Test

Does anybody know of a VideoCard Memory Tester? I'm receiving BSOD's when trying to re-install WinXP Pro saying to check my memory and especially my video card. MemTest said my memory was fine, but I don't know how to check my vid card.

I think sisoft sandra will test it, not sure though.

Having said that, I've had similar problems happen when I've tried to install windowsXP on to a drive that has an old operating system on it from a different motherboard. It happened to me on a couple ASUS motherboards, I was forced to format the drive before it would allow an install without a BSOD...
