need a cheap PCI card

my mom got a dell dimension 2400, according to the website it only has PCI slots, she does nothing on it except internet and the Sims2 but the intel chipset it came with cant handle the sims, any suggestions for something cheap? newegg has radeon 9200's and MX4000's for around $50

I'm not familiar with the 2400, but if it's a new system it has PCI-Express, which is different from standard PCI, and may offer an x16 slot for graphics cards.

its standard PCI only, at least I think its standard, I dont think the system is too special, 2.4ghz celeron, 512mb ram, i just checked the dell website and it gives you no video card option when you customize it
