I am having a big problem installing the Acer 620UT under Win2K. I keep getting a error, code 28, just as the driver installation finishes. I have followed all instructions from the Acer website. I am using the newest drivers available on the website. Any suggestions?

Hi there!!! I am having the same problem, but with an hp 5100c scanner. I down loaded the newest drivers and followed all the instructions on their website but after i do everything the computer just gets to a certain point and keeps restarting.....It is getting on my nerves!!!!

Go to the microsoft homepage, check the lists of error messages and find out what a error 28 message is
