Just a little more info for anyone who fears that they will be stuck without upgrade options with their AGP motherboard. The Inquirer has a little blip stating R520 will be released in AGP, probably bridged with rialto. No new news here, just another good sign for some of us.

Doubtful, but depends on price. I am hoping this 6800U will hold me over until I go PCI-e someday. I see it more likely that I would someday buy a PCI-e R520, but hey if the right buyer comes along for this BFG, then who knows. Once in a while someone (friend/customer, etc.) will see my gamer and say they want one built just like it. I'd have no problems offering up mine and head back to ATI with a X800XL or R520 AGP bargain. The BFG is nice though and it's stable up to 440/1220.

Stoopid AGP, Stop resisting, buy PCIe, so there are more and we reach economies of scale. You can't hold back progress! Arggghh!!!
