Tech: Williams Audio PCB

I have a High Impact Football audio pcb that isn't working. I have a
working one that I plugged in using the same cables and the audio worked
fine, so it isn't the cables or the main pcb.

When I power on, the audio has a pop sound... about 2 per second, pop pop
pop pop real steady and even. I don't hear any of the music, even when I go
to the diagnostics for the audio board. Does anyone have an idea what I
should be looking for with this?
