Look on the frame of the monitor. Every Nintendo/Sanyo
monitor I've seen has a tag on it that says the model #.
You may have to pull it to find the label, but that
monitor isn't too bad to get out.

You can also post pics or compare them to the pics on
Bob Robert's site to help determine what it is.
