Tech: Joust 2 Sound Board Hum

I have a Joust 2 that has a very noticable hum blending with the game
sounds. Any suggestions on what may be causing this?

I would check/replace these items in the order listed:

1)solid ground from PS to boards
2)SND output power transistor TDA2002(?)
3)SND output caps
