Windows User Mode Driver Framework

After installing the .NET Service Pack 1 update my computer wants to load new
hardware "Windows User Mode Driver Framework". But then it cant find the
software to install the new hardware??? What is going on here? I have never
seen this before and seek the help of this community in fixing it. It shows
up in device manager under other devices with a big ? and ! beside it.

thanks wasn't to shure. every time i start my laptop it goes through the
found new hardware setup mode and can never get it to install, was wondering
if this was a glitch or not.
