WAP11 problem, help please!

I've got a pair of brand new WAP11's that one will go thru the setup utility
just fine, I change the DHCP to auto, rename it to see the differences
between the two save, and then it is configurable and seen on the net. The
other one is also seen on the network, unless I change anything on it. If I
go thru the setup utility make the same changes, save, and it goes invisible.
When I rerun the setup utility the 2nd one is not visible until I reset it
using the rest button on the back of the unit. It is then visible to the
setup utility and network. I've tried swapping cables, power supplies, router
ports, routers, and leaving only the one WAP 11 plugged in.

I'm betting it's just a bad radio and need to just replace it, but perhaps I
am missing something? They are version 2.8 with a firmware revision of 2.5.

Hmm Should I try updating the firmware? Help please! I want my high speed
internet!
