Pls help me decide which laptop to get

I mainly need it for school, browsing, doing projects and stuff...not really any heavy gaming. I have found 3 laptops and just cannot decide between them:

The Samsung is the nicest looking and the most portable, but I am not really a fan of amd. Should I spend the extra 70-80$ and get one of the other two or I should be perfectly fine with the A6-4455M cpu on the Samsung? Thank you a lot!

I'm going to suggest the Asus - has faster ram than the Acer and a larger hard drive. The only reasons I am shying away from the samsung are 1) lack of DVD drive and 2) no number pad - if those aren't too critical to you, the Samsung isn't too bad either
