Reinstalling IE after deleting

Hello,
IE was lagging so i downloaded Google chrome and Mozilla foxfire for browsers...i also deleted windows live messenger because i did not like the upgrade setup
I have not created back up and restore dates, and now I cannot reinstall windows live messenger or Internet Expolorer, I have windows 7..please please help how do I reinstall Internet Explorer and Windows Live Messenger?

Ty but I tried that doll, not installing, I was atleast able to find a backup file from 5 days ago before i uninstalled messenger, it has been restored, but I am still unable to download IE browser, tx for ur feedback

You should be able to install IE and other Windows components from your Windows 7 installation disk, I think.

Why exactly do you want to install IE?

I'm guessing a combination of fear of the unknown and IE-only pages.
