I just purchased an FX 5900 video card. After installing the latest drivers from Nvidia, and connecting the four prong power cord from the PS, I booted up. The Nvidia driver stated that I had insufficient power to utilize all the card's features. I checked to insure that the plug was indeed connected, w/ the same result. I swapped power connectors in hopes of removing the driver's warning. No luck. Do I need to connect this card to a separate plug that has no other accessories attached or do I need a bigger PS? I am utilizing an Antec 350 watt unit at present on a MSI K7 platinum MB, Athlon 2800 processor, 512 mbyte of 333 mHz ram and a Gigabyte heatsink.

You should have enough power, try using the 4 pin molex connecter to power something else-harddrive,cd/dvd drive and see if it works.

That is the message i got when i forgot to plug in or properly /snugly plug in the extra power connector.

It should have nothing to do with the driver.
