Quick question --

I know that an NBA Hangtime board can be upgraded to a Maximum
Hangtime board by swapping two chips -- but are these two chips
burnable? That is, is one a security chip?

Upgrading Hangtime to Max HT requires a new security PIC chip(not
burnable) and changing the 2 program ROM chips(burnable).

Has anyone figured out how to make replacement PIC's?
