can not login, get stuck on login screen

when after i enter the password and login into my windows xp, it stuck
at the screen, the screen stay the same, then i can hear the windows
sound like normal boot up. i wait for like one hour and still stuck on
login screen. the problem is i can not to the safe-mode either. what
is the problem??? i think may be something wrong with the graphic card
driver. but i don't know how to fix it. please help me.thanks

yes, when i turn to safe-mode sometimes the screen become refesh very
slow and like in a loop never display anything else,other times are
like normal stuck in login, that is why i think there is something
wrong with graphic card.

Hi,

Either the card or the driver set. It could also be a conflict with some
existing software as well.

i don't think there are problems with the card, cause i can use knoppix
to get files( the screen works fine), what if is the driver set
problems but how to fixed it?
