I'm trying to clear out some space in a hurry....

I'm looking to move out a decent Asteroids Deluxe project ASAP... here are
the details...

Cabinet is probably a 7 out of 10 or better. It does have some damage, but
overall not too bad. The CP, marquee, bezel, etc., probably rate those
around a low 7 on account of some scratches, etc. The mirror I have is not
the right mirror, but I think it would do in a pinch. I may not have a coin
door, I'll have to look.

Functionally, this game is pretty close to working... the PCB *was* working
great, then one day the shield button was stuck on. Did a little
troubleshooting and replaced a TTL chip (don't remember exactly wich one,
email if this concerns you) and since then the board doesn't boot. I'm not
a total moron or a hack, so it's probably something like a broken trace or
two pins shorted together. 5 minutes' worth of work that I just haven't
found the time to get to. My laziness is your gain.

The G05 monitor is another story... I've probably dumped $100 into parts for
this monitor... I can tell it *wants* to work, but I'm just missing
something dumb. With a little patience, you could shotgun this baby and
make it work... the HV cage is good, the tube is good, and the frame
trannies are good... it's definitely something on the deflection board.
I've already replaced most of the transistors on the deflection board, but I
think something in the voltage regulation circuitry... it's been a while
since I looked at it.

There may be other minor things missing... the wooden frame that the monitor
sits in comes to mind, but if it'll help seal the deal, I could probably
make one for you. IIRC, the cardboard backdrop is missing as well.

Pickup in Pembroke, MA preferred, will deliver within reason. $275/obo...
if there are no takers, then I'll just end up fixing the damned thing and
selling it for better than twice that. If you really *need* pics, I can
take some, but right now the various parts are somewhat scattered across my
workspace. Drop me a line if interested.

Thanks,
Rob
