Windows 7 comes up with autoplay box but then nothing happens!?

Hey guys, strange goings on in my new windows 7 build. Windows 7 detects my optical drives, my optical drives detect the dvds and windows 7 asks whether i would like to autoplay, I select yes and the optical drives spin up but nothing happens? Anybody know whats going on?
