I cannot send or receive messages on Outlook 2002. I receive an error msg
saying there was no response from the receiving server. I have called my ISP
and gone through a troubleshoot, the settings are correct and they say it is
not their problem. I can get Outlook to send/receive if I do a selective
startup where I only check "Load System Services". Any idea why this works
and why a normal startup seems to disable the send/receive capability? I
have also tried disabling my firewall while in normal startup mode and this
does not fix the problem. (Outlook is able to find the outgoing mail server
for some reason.) Any ideas would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
