What is VIVO and DVI?

DVI well, I can assume it means digital video imaging or something similar, and vivo its prolly high def something because it sounds exciting, and my friends were telling me vivo is used for projectors, so they still get high res images, like "every square inch of that wall would be 100x100 pixels"
and is DVI used in the newest monitors?

so really, what is DVI + Vivo. hehe. Im a gamer, but yea... dont keep up with technology, takes away from gaming time :p

Oooh, I've got a DVI-output on my card and the converter for analog to DVI. I didn't realize it would be better if I used DVI sense I had CRT. Awesome~
