power color fan

i have a power color 9600 pro 256ddr and the fan is running real slow.it an ati fan where can i find a replacement.THANKS

Check newegg, nexfan. It uses one of the old fashioned "standard" coolers, as used on chipsets as well. There were actually two styles, the more common one with the pins at the corners, and the less common one (yours) with the pins at the sides near the corners.
