I am having problems with my games, especially FPS', where they freeze temporarily for a few minutes. Occasionally they will completely crash my computer. Windows error reporting is telling me it is my graphics driver. I've since reformatted using the newest nVidia display drivers for my Visiontek Geforce4 Ti4600. It did not work, so I reverted back to the 66.93 display drivers, with no luck. I really need some advice and/or some troubleshooting expertise to help me figure out what to do. Anyone?

Did you install your chipset drivers after re-installing? If not, that could be part of the problem. I have a GeForce4 Ti4200, and the newer drivers give worse performance. I think I am running 65.xx something, and there is no point in going higher, because the newer drivers will not help the older cards. They will only help the newer GeForce6 series.
