Insufficient Power?

I just finished building my computer and everytime I start my PC a tab pops up and says There is insufficient power supply. My vid card is a EVGA 6800GT and my PSU is a 680W Thermaltake. I already tried reseating the card and made sure the fans on it (as well as other fans) were working properly.

silly obviuosly the the 6800gt otherwise how would the machine boot up to say not enough power.

Rx8, some mobos require an extra 4-pin connector in addition to the main power connector...
