Hi all,

I've seen this question asked a few times, but haven't seen a suitable
answer yet. I recently wiped my Windows 2000 machine and installed
Windows XP Professional. In Windows Explorer, I used to get a panel in
the right-side pane that showed a pie graph of the drive along with
some other information. I'm aware that I can get this graph by
right-clicking on the drive and clicking properties, but I would really
like to have it back in Windows Explorer! Does anybody know how to do
this?

Thanks,
Tracey

The pie chart is only available from Properties of the C drive icon, but the data on space is available in the "details" area of the
"Show Common Tasks" pane

"Open" a folder, (rather than 'explore' it), then tools menu, options, dot box for "show common tasks in folders" and see the
'details' area (click drop arrows)

Thank you, Mark.

Not quite as convenient as the way it was in Windows 2000, but maybe
it's just a matter of getting used to it. It's a little annoying to me
that you can't have the folders pane open at the same time, but it's
easy enough to toggle.

Thanks again,
Tracey
